While not strictly any different in stats or capabilities than the ascendant, this unit is less necessary as most Seraphim ships have their own AA or can be deployed with the Seraphim Cruiser. Remember to not completely remove them on maps like Seton's Clutch where there is a lot of land and water, as your cruisers cannot go on land.īasically, it is best to utilize this unit with some T3 mobile shields. The Tech 2 versions are the most general of the gunship type, being available to all factions. However, on mostly water maps, you can stop sending Iashovahs and switch to seraphim cruisers, whose TML's and superior AA will make this unit inferior. Tech 2 Gunships are air units which make use of ventral-mounted weaponry to provide air-to-ground support, either to assist a land or naval army or raid an opponents undefended mass extractors. This makes it important to rush to T3 on naval maps where air superiority matters. In fact, they are one of the most useful structures to have in a base as it can help mantain aerial patrols. Air Staging Facilities are stationary platforms to repair and refuel aircraft. However, for the same reasons, the seraphim T2 mobile AA could be inferior to that of the aeon early on since the seraphim don't have T2 mobile shields and must upgrade to T3 for a more costly and longer to build mobile shield. An air staging facility is a structure that refuels and repairs aircraft. Later on, this unit could be the best mobile AA in that it and T3 mobile shields are amazing against gunships, as the flak can get in more shots than that of the aeon's as the shield generator is better. Like the other factions T2 air transports, the Vishala has some weak self-defense weapons. The Seraphim Language is the languge spoken by all Seraphim characters in the Forged Alliance campaign, and which is used to name Seraphim units. The Vishalas storage clamps can hold 16 tech 1 units, 4 more than the other factions Tech 2 transport (2 more than the UEF T2 transport). They believe in peace rather than war, but have a massive arsenal of weapons. You may find this unit to be better for anti-air defense than T2 Stationary Anti-air Flak and T3 AA.The only differences between this unit and the Aeon Ascendant is appearance, sound effects, and it's uses. The Seraphim T2 Air Transport, nicknamed the Vishala, is a Seraphim unit. The Serapim is an Alien species that follows the way. They cost only 75 as much energy as a tech 1 interceptor, but move 25 faster and see twice the area due to their higher vision radius. ![]() With the fact that this unit can hover, this AA unit makes up for the ineffectiveness players seem to find in the Seraphim stationary anti-air turrets. Tech 1 Air Scouts are low cost units with a long sight range, perfect for aerial reconnaissance. ![]() ![]() Min is a Templar who appears as a commander in. She appears as an ally during the third mission of the Aeon campaign, but is an enemy in the other two campaigns. The Seraphim T2 Mobile Anti-Air Cannon, nicknamed the Iashavoh, is a Seraphim unit. Eris is a Crusader who appears as a commander loyal to Princess Burke in all three campaigns, attacking in the Aeon and UEF campaigns and Procyon in the Cybran campaign respectively.
